Hola! My name is Shamera Sterling and I’m 23 years of age. I am one of the youngest defender world wild. I am currently on a netball contract to play for Adelaide Thunderbird’s. I have a passion for netball and wish to grow bigger in the sport. I love to dance and I love to socialize with friends and be the energizer bunny among my teammates. I am very kind and i love to give back to society and even help others in need.

With all that have been said, I strongly believe that the world should know more about netball as it relates to the wellness of players for them to perform at their utmost best. Majority of  who plays netball, does not know how important it is to have sport psychology in place, proper nutrition and know how to prevent injuries. This site will share some information on the wellness of netball.
